We work with a multitude of other contractors, designers, and architects. To start the process we will perform a site visit, discuss your needs and vision, and provide you with an estimate of project costs and timeline.
COSTS
Typically, we work for time and materials; however, we are happy to bid on projects as well.

REMODELING + RENOVATION
We specialize in both old and new construction. Whether you are just looking for a new kitchen or bathroom, or looking to re-imagine your entire floor plan, we are happy to tackle your specific needs.
NEW CONSTRUCTION
CONSULTATION + DESIGN
Trying to imagine a new space can be a huge project. We are here to help. We produce CAD-based design drawings in-house while working side by side with numerous licensed architects. If you need to visualize a new space we can show you what a new floor plan might look like with those visuals.
PLASTER
Much of the housing in Ithaca is historic and filled with character. Many homes still have a lot of beautiful plaster walls. If you wish to preserve the texture of your plaster walls, we are your guys. There are many types of plaster products out there and we are ready to discuss your options with you.
